TOXIC
RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships can be a source of stress, confusion, or imbalance. It's not uncommon for relationships to bring both stress and comfort. When you experience a disparity of power, feel unheard, or encounter dynamics that feel emotionally, physically, or financially unequal, I can provide a safe space for you to explore and understand these patterns. This is how we begin to heal.

A narcissistic relationship is nothing like a healthy one. It’s all about power and control. The narcissist lacks empathy, craves constant admiration, and uses manipulation to get their way. They act entitled, leaving you emotionally exhausted and doubting your own reality. In contrast, a healthy relationship is built on mutual respect, honest communication, and a fair give-and-take between both partners.

SEVEN SIGNS YOU MAY BE IN A TOXIC RELATIONSHIP

  • Lack of Empathy

  • Constant Criticism

  • Charm and Manipulation

  • Sense of Entitlement

  • Inflated Sense of Self-Importance
