WELCOME
*My practice is inclusive and welcomes women and non-binary individuals seeking support.
I specialize in guiding individuals through the nuanced intersections of trauma, toxic relationships, loss and grief. I provide an integrated, evidence-based approach to finding your way out of unhealthy relationships, healing deep-rooted wounds, and navigating loss. My goal is to empower you to reclaim your life and live it with renewed strength and purpose.
HAPPY YOU ARE HERE
There are many good reasons to explore therapy. You could be grappling with complicated family dynamics, navigating a challenging relationship, or struggling with grief. You may be in the middle of a crisis, dealing with ongoing anxiety or depression, or trying to cope with a big life change. You may feel you've lost a part of yourself, and you're not where you had hoped to be at this point in your life. Or, you may just want to feel better but don't know how to get there. Whatever the reason, I'm here for you, I care, and I'm listening.
THERAPY
My approach to therapy is compassionate, strengths-based and solution focused. I blend the most effective talk therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness practices with complimentary methods to heal trauma and upsetting life experiences. I practice only evidence-based psychotherapy crafted to address your concerns, including the little “t” traumas of daily life and the big “T” traumas that may shake you to your core and change your life forever.

ONE ON ONE COACHING
COACHING OR THERAPY?
To decide between coaching and therapy, consider whether you primarily need to address emotional issues or past trauma (therapy) or if you want to focus on achieving specific goals and improving performance in a particular area (coaching); if you're unsure about emotional or mental health concerns, always start with therapy to get an assessment of your needs by a qualified mental health professional. We can assess your needs and recommend the most appropriate path, whether it's therapy, coaching, or a combination of both.
Key Differences
The major difference between therapy and life coaching is the focus of the work: therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.
Essentially, coaching is more about "how to move forward" while therapy is about "why you might be stuck.".
